Burn Ban in Effect March 16th Through May 14th

The annual statewide ban prohibiting residential brush burning begins tomorrow, March 16 and runs through Thursday, May 14. Since 2009, the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation has enforced the annual brush burning ban to prevent wildfires and protect communities as the weather starts to warm, which can quickly cause wildfire conditions to arise. Well, we are happy to announce we have officially broke ground on our sign. It’s been a long process but it’s finally happening. Special thanks to our Benevolent Board and Lewis Signs for being very patient with the process.
